Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating Technology


Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and warming techSeminole State College offers the to organize pupils for employment or to advance their employment as HVACR specialists and installers. The program comes with six programs and certainly will be completed in merely two semesters (36 months).

This 750-hour program, which makes pupils for industry certifications, can be obtained on Sanford/Lake Mary Campus, plus it is comprised of class room study and hands-on activities into the College’s high-tech labs. This program prepares students for work with residential and commercial jobs.

Time courses: 8 a.m.-2:15 p.m. Monday-Thursday (two-semester completion)

Night classes: 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (two-year completion)

Licensure/Certification

  • EPA qualified specialist (An EPA-approved certifying program in accordance with part 608 of Stratospheric Ozone coverage Act)
